Description

You will build and deploy infrastructure to ingest high-volume support data from consumer interactions, devices, and apps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Model and mine data to describe system behavior and predict future actions.
• Build effective visualizations and reports for internal stakeholders and SaaS customers.
• Develop and maintain data-related code within automated CI/CD build, test, and deploy environments.
• Generate tenant-specific reports to monitor agent performance and business effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS Glue, DMS, and Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational database design.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing using Spark.
• Proficiency in workflow management tools, specifically Airflow.
• Experience with cloud Data Warehouse and AWS Cloud-based solutions.
• Experience working within agile methodologies in a global team setup.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
