Description

Design and implement cross-account AWS integrations to securely transfer Amazon Connect segment data between accounts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cross-account connectivity for Amazon Connect data flow.
• Develop and deploy AWS Lambda functions using Go.
• Configure cross-account IAM roles, trust policies, and security groups.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and CloudFormation templates.
• Troubleshoot AWS deployment, networking, and data-flow issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AWS development.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for Lambda development.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Connect and cross-account AWS integrations.
• Experience with AWS CLI, S3, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of IAM roles, policies, and VPC networking.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce integration and Next Best Action concepts.
