Lead cross-functional teams to design, code, and manage complex data projects and architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL processes and scalable data engineering architecture.
• Develop analytics solutions using Python, SQL, Redshift, and AWS infrastructure.
• Manage data processes for the Data Warehouse and production systems.
• Lead technical delivery and provide guidance within the data engineering space.
• Communicate technical requirements and project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering and complex problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and Redshift.
• Experience designing and managing complex data projects.
• Ability to develop blueprints for analytics applications using Big Data infrastructure.
• Strong project management and technical leadership skills.
• Experience implementing ETL workflows.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake to enhance data solutions.
