You will build and manage complex data pipelines within an AWS-centric environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage complex data pipelines to support business and product needs.
• Design and implement data models using dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions and build consensus across teams to solve complex data challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency with the AWS data ecosystem, including S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark.
• Strong programming skills in PySpark or Scala.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing principles and data modeling.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and solve complex technical problems.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
