Description

You will design and implement data pipelines using AWS services and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and PySpark.
• Manage data storage and retrieval across S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, and RDS.
• Execute data migrations and manage infrastructure via CloudFormation.
• Apply core data engineering concepts to solve complex analytical problems.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver solutions in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS technologies including Glue, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, S3, CloudFormation, and RDS.
• 5+ years of experience with Python and PySpark.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle.
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of analytical and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Expertise in insurance financial engines and regulatory compliance.
