Description

You will design and manage scalable data architecture and processing pipelines within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services.
• Create and optimize complex data processing and transformation pipelines using Python.
• Implement best practices for cloud-based data architecture and pipeline management.
• Apply data modeling concepts to ensure efficient data structures.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on AWS cloud solutions.
• 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, and Athena.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
• Experience with big data tools including Apache Spark, Hadoop, or EMR.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and cloud architecture best practices.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Data Analytics certification.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
