Description

You will design, implement, and support analytical data infrastructure using AWS services, owning the full lifecycle of data pipelines from extraction to reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS resources including EC2, EMR, S3, Glue, and Redshift.
• Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources using SQL and AWS big data technologies.
• Develop and troubleshoot internal reporting platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Business Intelligence Engineers to implement best practices in reporting and analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ETL, data modeling, and data architecture.
• Expert-level SQL for writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Proficiency in Python for building data solutions.
• Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark for designing and tuning big data processes.
• Experience building data pipelines and applications for low-latency stream processing.
• Experience operating large-scale data warehouses or data lakes.
• Strong Linux skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
