You will engineer and maintain data solutions on AWS, focusing on scalable pipelines and real-time ingestion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and streaming solutions using AWS services like Kinesis, Lambda, Glue, S3, and Redshift.
• Develop and maintain real-time data ingestion frameworks leveraging Kafka and Kinesis.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for ETL and data transformation tasks.
• Implement event-driven and serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flow and performance issues in production environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services including Kinesis, Lambda, Glue, S3, IAM, and Redshift.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation tasks.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for streaming and messaging pipelines.
• Strong understanding of ETL workflows and distributed data systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of distributed data systems and optimization techniques.
