Description

You will lead end-to-end data migration projects to AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data migration strategies, including planning, testing, and deployment.
• Manage the data migration pipeline and coordinate delivery across internal and external teams.
• Build, optimize, and manage ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines within the AWS environment.
• Configure AWS data migration tools like AWS DMS and perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Serve as the technical lead, mentoring team members and communicating risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, Lambda, and general AWS architecture.
• Proficiency with databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Scripting and automation skills in Python or Bash.
• Ability to perform data validation, troubleshooting CDC, and full load migrations.
