Description

Must-have

• 3–5+ years building production microservices/serverless apps on AWS (Lambda, Fargate, ECS, VPC Lattice, API

Gateway, Step Functions, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, DynamoDB)

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python, Node.js (.NET is a plus)

• Experience designing and consuming REST/API contracts

• Working knowledge of event-driven patterns (SNS/SQS/EventBridge)

• Intermediate Terraform (can write/modify IaC, aligned with WVI guidelines)

• Git-based workflow and CI/CD pipeline experience, Azure DevOps

• Comfortable working in a spec-driven development workflow (implementing against or writhing and defined

specs/contracts)

• Experience with Gen AI–assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Kiro) in daily coding workflow

• AWS Developer Associate certification or equivalent

Nice-to-have

• Exposure to MuleSoft (or another iPaaS) and what a migration off it involves

• Familiarity with CQRS/Saga concepts (implementation under architect guidance is fine)
