Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable Kubernetes infrastructure and container platform services within the Platform Engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Build container operators to enforce automation and security controls.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to the installation, configuration, and tuning of managed clusters.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience with DevOps for container platform technologies.
• Technical expertise in Java, C++, or Go.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
• Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure and container platform enhancements.
• Ability to use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for security hardening and automation.
• Proficiency with Git and Linux OS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RHEL, OpenShift, or generic Kubernetes platforms.
• Deployment automation using ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of developing metrics for Prometheus, Metrics, or Elastic Monitoring.
