Description

You will design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native applications on AWS using Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot on AWS.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs following best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and enterprise MQ systems.
• Deploy applications using core AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Support containerized deployments and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Harness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience with Java and AWS.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or enterprise MQ systems.
• Solid working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application design.
• Experience with ECS/EKS, service discovery, and auto-scaling on AWS.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK).
• Knowledge of observability tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
