Description

You will build and maintain frontend and backend components within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs and applications.
• Write Python Lambda functions to build REST web services.
• Design systems ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Support product owners and scrum masters with work item assignment and progress monitoring.
• Advise team members on technical issues, software designs, and problem-solving methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python for writing AWS Lambda functions.
• Experience developing REST web services in AWS.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and SQL.
• Working knowledge of XML and XSLT, specifically for ACORD XML files.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge and experience with Azure and Azure Data Factory.
