Description

You will build enterprise-level data lakes and modernize applications through refactoring, migration, and cloud-native development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage data lakes using AWS services.
• Execute data ingestion and storage workflows using S3, Kinesis Data Streams, Kinesis Data Firehose, and DMS.
• Develop data processing and transformation pipelines with AWS Glue, Lambda, EMR, Athena, Managed Service for Apache Flink, and Step Functions.
• Implement cloud-native applications and automate processes using DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on coding in Python, Java, or .NET.
• Proficiency with AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, EMR, and Athena.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker and AWS Step Functions.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools like Power BI or AWS QuickSight.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• AWS Certification.
• State Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
