Description

Manage and support OpenText PPM services running on AWS EC2.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform operating systems and software tools to meet business requirements.
• Manage releases, upgrades, and environment changes following enterprise standards.
• Monitor, tune, and maintain platform performance and availability.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve service interruptions and prevent recurring issues.
• Provide on-site and on-call 24/7/365 technical support.

Required Skills

• Direct experience administering OpenText PPM (formerly HP/Microfocus PPM).
• Proven AWS administration skills, specifically managing services on AWS EC2.
• Hands-on experience with integration tasks involving Sailpoint, SAP, or flat files.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex system and application issues.
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems, integration architectures, and programming methodologies.
• Experience with capacity planning, workload modeling, and system diagnostics.
• Bachelor's degree in IT with 2 years of experience, Associate's with 4 years, or 5 years of equivalent in-depth experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within the airline industry.
• Experience with Livelink.
