Description

You will own the end-to-end migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to Harness, executing wave-based conversions using a factory operating model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate Jenkins pipelines to Harness, analyzing Jenkinsfiles, shared libraries, and plugins to translate them into Harness equivalents.
• Build and enforce reusable pipeline templates, automation playbooks, and self-service CI/CD frameworks.
• Configure enterprise integrations with SCM (GitHub/GitLab), artifact repositories, secrets management, and ITSM tools.
• Design CI/CD pipelines including build/test phases and deploy/approve/release workflows with policy-as-code and RBAC.
• Execute parallel shadow runs, validate outputs, and manage cutover and stabilization practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Harness CI/CD, including delegates, runners, and pipeline modules.
• Strong experience with Jenkins, including Jenkinsfiles, shared libraries, and plugin management.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning within pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm, including deployment strategies like blue-green and canary.
• Familiarity with SCM integrations (GitHub/GitLab), artifact repos (JFrog/Nexus), and ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of secrets management tools such as Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or CyberArk.
• Ability to debug pipeline failures, deployment issues, and integration gaps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted conversion using the Harness Jenkins Migrator.
• Knowledge of SAST/DAST vulnerability scanning and security best practices.
