Description

You will design, manage, and automate AWS infrastructure and deployment workflows. You own the release pipeline for containerized applications while ensuring secure, scalable operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows for containerized applications.
• Administer AWS services to support application interfaces and DevOps builds, ensuring optimal provisioning.
• Build monitoring and remediation solutions using operations tools and ITSM ticketing platforms.
• Drive engagement with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployments and compliance.
• Provide production support, maintenance, and systems analysis within a SAFe Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience implementing complex applications, including 2+ years specifically with AWS.
• Proven experience building and deploying containers on cloud platforms via automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure services, limitations, and provisioning best practices.
• Experience implementing DevOps models on AWS and adopting end-to-end automation.
• Knowledge of application architecture, common failure modes, and the software development life cycle.
• Experience managing 24x7 application operations, including Incident, Change, and Capacity Management.
• Experience with advanced security, authentication, and Single Sign-On across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Strong communication skills to present technical concepts and roadmaps to management.

Preferred Skills

• Background in application development with expertise in building large-scale web applications.
• Knowledge of cloud-native authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and OpenID.
