Description

Build and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Manage infrastructure and deployment using AWS services and CloudFormation.
• Integrate security scanning tools including Veracode, SonarQube, and Qualys into the pipeline.
• Monitor application performance and system health using DynaTrace and CloudWatch.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software or DevOps engineering.
• Proficiency in Java (J2SE/J2EE) including core and advanced APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Spring and Web Services.
• Experience with AWS services: ECS, S3, Fargate, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Practical knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and Terraform.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the banking or financial services domain.
