Description

You will manage complex hybrid cloud architectures and AWS networking infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions connecting AWS to on-premises data centers.
• Configure and manage AWS Direct Connect using public and private virtual interfaces.
• Optimize network flows and data transfer efficiency across hybrid environments.
• Automate IAM operations and security guardrails using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and Identity Center security policies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an AWS Engineer.
• Deep expertise in AWS networking services including VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53, and API Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of network routing protocols, specifically BGP and BGP communities.
• Proficiency in IAM roles, policies, and SCP management, including cross-account access.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of cloud security via AWS Organizations and Control Tower.
• Background in cloud networking and network engineering.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Experience building self-service access management using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
