Description

Lead the architecture and technical direction of DevOps infrastructure as a solo contributor transitioning into a team lead.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop toolchains for CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Create software deployment strategies and implement data storage methods like clustering to improve performance.
• Build technology infrastructure, automation tools, and maintain configuration management.
• Develop lifecycle infrastructure solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational roadmaps.
• Evaluate and implement new frameworks to increase team productivity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience with Bash, Python, Java, Golang, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Kubernetes, Helm, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Proficiency with containerization tools including Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• Experience with development tools such as yarn, NPM, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate blockers proactively.
