Description

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• CI/CD Engineering: Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins to enable fast and reliable delivery.
• Infrastructure as Code: Design and implement IaC solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Automation: Drive automation across build, deployment, monitoring, and incident response workflows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, security, and platform teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Reliability Engineering: Improve system reliability through performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident management.
• DevOps Best Practices: Promote CI/CD, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across teams.
• Governance & Standards: Establish security, compliance, and environment consistency standards.
• Innovation: Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance platform efficiency and developer experience.
• Reporting: Share platform performance and reliability metrics with stakeholders.

What we seek in you:

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of networking, cloud architecture, and security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Hands-on experience with Git and distributed version control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Experience (Desirable):

• Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience in cloud cost optimization and governance.
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.
• Experience with blue-green deployments, canary releases, and progressive delivery.
• Familiarity with microservices and service mesh architectures.
• Experience supporting globally distributed systems.

Education:

• B.E / M.E in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
