Description

Manage cloud infrastructure and application migrations within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and Ansible.
• Execute application migrations from data centers to public cloud or between cloud providers.
• Organize migration kick-offs for moving applications from on-premise to AWS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Implement security best practices and tools for cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience managing Kubernetes platforms and Helm charts.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub.
• Expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Working knowledge of YAML, Git, and Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, or Python development.
• Understanding of Application and Microservices Architecture.
