 working across multiple AWS services, and DevOps toolchains to ensure smooth application deployments, environment stability, performance, and operational excellence. • Hands-on experience with AWS services: • EMR • Airflow (Managed Workflows) • MSK (Kafka) • PySpark • DocumentDB • EKS • Good understanding of: • IAM, VPC, EC2, Load Balancing, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda ( preferable ) • Containerization orchestration Awareness of application Integration Environment Management • Support day-to-day operations of applications across all including Prod environments. • Manage environment configurations, availability, and issue resolution. • Execute environment changes and coordinate with application teams. New Service Onboarding • Onboard new applications/services to AWS and DevOps pipelines. • Collaborate with development teams for environment readiness and integration. Infrastructure Performance • Support infrastructure enhancements, optimization, and automation. • Monitor performance, capacity utilization, and implement improvements. Support Coverage • Provide operational support in a 24×7 model (L1.5 and L2). • Handle production issues, monitoring alerts, and system health checks. Incident Problem Management • Perform proactive platform monitoring and drive issue resolutions. • Triage incidents, liaise with development and functional teams, and escalate where needed. Platform Operations • Manage platform installations, upgrades, patching, and configuration. • Administer certificate management and secure configurations. • Manage monitoring dashboards and alerting tools. DevOps Tools Processes • CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab / GitHub Actions) • Terraform / CloudFormation (nice to have) • Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management)
