Description

You will own AWS infrastructure operations, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployments to ensure system stability and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across all environments, including production, ensuring availability and rapid issue resolution.
• Onboard new applications to AWS and DevOps pipelines, coordinating with development teams for environment readiness.
• Manage platform installations, upgrades, patching, certificate management, and secure configurations.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity utilization, and implement automation and optimization improvements.
• Triage incidents, handle production alerts, and drive issue resolution through proactive platform monitoring.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically EKS, EMR, Airflow, MSK (Kafka), PySpark, DocumentDB, Lambda, IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of containerization orchestration and application integration environment management.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting 24x7 operational models (L1.5/L2 support).
• Familiarity with MSK (Kafka) and Managed Workflows.
