Description

You manage test environments, deployments, incidents, and changes within an AWS infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day test environments, including deployments, incidents, and configuration changes.
• Prevent resource conflicts and collisions between multiple groups seeking access to limited infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure and application logs using DynaTrace and Splunk.
• Forecast hardware and database demand while balancing budgets against project timelines.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues without relying solely on runbooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CloudBees, and Spinnaker.
• Proficiency with AWS and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems.
• Experience with RDBMS, specifically PostgreSQL or Oracle, including design, tuning, and upgrades.
• Working knowledge of Git, Liquibase, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies (Jira, Rally, Kanban).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
