Description

You will own the end-to-end migration of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to Harness, managing the discovery, conversion, and stabilization of build and release workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform Jenkins estate discovery, inventorying pipelines, shared libraries, and credentials to map dependencies and classify complexity.
• Execute bulk conversion using the Harness Jenkins Migrator and refactor pipelines to adopt golden templates and reusable modules.
• Translate Jenkins constructs into Harness equivalents, including shared libraries, agents, and credentials management.
• Manage enterprise integrations with SCM, artifact repositories, secrets management, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Stabilize builds by monitoring failures, tuning caching, and optimizing pipeline efficiency while supporting Jenkins decommissioning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Strong expertise in Harness CI/CD modules, pipeline templates, RBAC, and delegates.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning as part of the pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and container registries.
• Experience migrating Jenkins pipelines, including handling shared libraries, plugins, and unsupported patterns.
• Knowledge of secrets management tools such as CyberArk, AWS Secrets Manager, or Vault.
• Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure and services.
• Experience with ITSM integrations, specifically ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI-assisted conversion tools and shadow run practices.
• Experience with SAST/DAST and vulnerability scanning integration.
