Description

Manage deployment, automation, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production systems for connected vehicle technology.

Responsibilities

• Write tested Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and build CI/CD pipelines to enforce architectural standards.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex codebase issues across various application domains.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure technical solutions meet compliance requirements.
• Maintain existing codebases and perform peer reviews to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total experience in Information Technology.
• Certification in Kubernetes or Terraform.
• Mastery in one SecDevOps practice: IaC (Terraform), Cloud (AWS), CI/CD (Git/Argo), or Kubernetes deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudFront, and API Gateway.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash/Shell.
• Experience with Kubernetes debugging and microservices architecture.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab CI and Argo CD.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of secrets management using HCP Vault or AWS Secrets Manager.
• Exposure to networking tools like Istio, Traefik, or Nginx.
