You will design, implement, and operate reliable, scalable, and secure production systems on AWS, focusing on availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for automated builds and deployments.
• Manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes (EKS) or ECS, handling upgrades, scaling, and resiliency.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation, enforcing standards via reusable modules and policy controls.
• Define SRE practices including SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, incident response, and blameless postmortems.
• Set up end-to-end monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations with hands-on production background.
• Strong expertise in AWS core services: VPC, EC2, ALB/NLB, Auto Scaling, Route53, S3, RDS/Aurora, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred), Helm, deployments, and networking.
• Solid understanding of Linux administration, DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, and load balancing fundamentals.
• Strong skills in IaC (Terraform preferred) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
• Scripting and automation skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience with security tooling, secrets management (Vault/Secrets Manager), and IAM governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerShell is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira and ITIL/change management processes.
