Description

You will design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code for a telephony platform in regulated Healthcare and Telecommunications environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for application and platform deployments using GitLab.
• Provision AWS resources using Terraform, ensuring modular, reusable templates aligned with SRE standards.
• Translate existing CloudFormation templates into Terraform to modernize and standardize infrastructure.
• Enable platform readiness for Amazon Connect, IVR workflows, and serverless application deployments.
• Establish observability hooks and maintain deployment runbooks for pipelines, infrastructure, and rollbacks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for AWS infrastructure automation.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab.
• Proven ability to convert CloudFormation templates to Terraform.
• Experience supporting AWS platforms for serverless and application workloads.
• Knowledge of Healthcare IT environments, including regulated delivery, auditability, and change governance.
• Understanding of Telecommunications and IVR platforms, including contact-center reliability expectations.
