Description

Lead automation and enhancement of AWS EKS AMI upgrades and modern delivery toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AWS EKS AMI upgrade automation scripts and processes.
• Tune and upgrade toolchain components including JFrog Artifactory, Atlassian Suite, and Jenkins.
• Perform performance tuning for JFrog Artifactory and Atlassian Suite to ensure optimal throughput.
• Develop and enhance Jenkins pipelines to manage the modern delivery toolchain.
• Document engineering solutions and system designs for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD services, and infrastructure automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on expertise in JFrog Artifactory installation, configuration, scripting, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket).
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and strong Unix Shell/Unix scripting skills.
• Experience using SonarQube, Git, and Spinnaker.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and addressing compliance/governance requirements.
• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Administrator).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Groovy and Python.
