You will lead the architecture, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the DevOps roadmap, standards, and best practices across CI/CD, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable application releases.
• Deploy and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (DevSecOps).
• Mentor and grow the DevOps engineering team while acting as a hands-on contributor.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS.
• 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong Linux systems and cloud security knowledge.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
