Description

You will define, automate, and manage the DevOps build, release, and deployment lifecycle for cloud-based infrastructure. You will own the end-to-end implementation of code deployment on AWS, ensuring high-quality deliverables across the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate implementation and deployment of code in cloud-based infrastructure, primarily using AWS.
• Configure and manage source control tools (GitHub, BitBucket, SVN, Stash) and establish baselines, branching, and merging strategies.
• Write shell scripts (Bash), Python, and PowerShell to automate processes across environments using SCM tools.
• Manage continuous integration pipelines with Jenkins and Docker, handling end-to-end automation for all builds and deployments.
• Perform design and code reviews, independent testing, and change management activities including post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Build, or Release Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in AWS for cloud-based infrastructure deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Docker for CI/CD automation.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience with source control tools including Git, GitHub, BitBucket, SVN, and Stash.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, application architecture, and design artifacts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and automating DevOps processes and maturity models.
• Ability to interface with remote teams and key stakeholders effectively.
