Description

Design, implement, and manage EKS clusters for scalable, resilient, cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy EKS clusters, optimizing performance and cost while enforcing security best practices.
• Automate EKS management and deployment workflows using Infrastructure as Code.
• Troubleshoot cluster issues using AWS CloudTrail and CloudWatch.
• Maintain and write Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years architecting and deploying platforms on Amazon EKS.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Golang.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on use of GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm for CI/CD.
• Deep understanding of AWS networking and security (IAM, PKI/Cert management, policies).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes internals: CNI, kubelet, kube-proxy, and CoreDNS.
• Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Istio Service Mesh lifecycle.
