Description

Design, provision, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will own high-availability solutions across multiple availability zones and regions.

Responsibilities

• Provision and operate AWS systems using CloudFormation and Python scripting.
• Manage application deployment, data migration, and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Execute backup and restore management for RDS, MongoDB, MariaDB, and Aurora DB.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications across production and non-production environments.
• Resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years designing enterprise-scale hosting solutions on AWS.
• Extensive experience with EC2, RDS, ELB, EBS, EMR, S3, Glacier, IAM, CloudWatch, and KMS.
• Hands-on expertise with VPC, Routing Tables, Subnets, CloudFront, Lambda, SNS, SQS, and Auto Scaling Groups.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and AWS SDKs for task automation.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet for DevOps orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and HA clusters.
• Familiarity with Splunk for monitoring and logging.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Linux system administration.
• Understanding of hybrid public cloud design, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
