Description

You will design, build, and maintain AI-driven contact solutions on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure AWS Connect contact flows and build reports.
• Integrate AWS Connect IVR with external platforms using APIs and AWS services.
• Implement AWS environments as code with a focus on automation.
• Develop scripts and services using Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Design service architectures leveraging AI capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Ability to implement AWS environments as code.
• Experience with at least two AWS AI services.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Developer background with strong service design experience.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability.
• AWS certification.
