Description

You will own the full lifecycle of cloud-native applications on AWS, managing both frontend and backend components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture, evaluate hosting options, and develop implementation plans.
• Write Lambda functions in Python and develop REST web services.
• Process and transform ACOORD XML files using XML and XSLT.
• Manage and deploy containerized clusters using Docker.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and optimize LAN/WAN network performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud development and system administration.
• Proficiency in Python for AWS Lambda functions.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and ACOORD file structures.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for cluster management and deployment.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network performance tuning.
• System administration experience with Linux or Windows.
• AWS migration experience and AWS certification.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with an insurance carrier.
