Description

You will manage and support production AWS infrastructure, handling L3 technical escalations and incident resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, storage, and monitoring.
• Deploy, operate, and support production AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and resolve L3 escalations.
• Act as an escalation point for L1/L2 teams to drive incident resolution.
• Execute incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management.
• Deep expertise with AWS services including EC2, VPC, and IAM.
• Experience managing Load Balancers and cloud storage.
• Proven ability to handle L3 level troubleshooting and incident response.
• Strong understanding of incident management processes and RCA.
• Any Graduate degree.
