You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud financial management, focusing on spend control, forecasting, and optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost automation efforts using relevant tools to streamline financial operations.
• Partner with Cloud Ops to transform services and applications for sustained cost efficiency.
• Update, maintain, and modify CUDOS, CID, and TAO dashboards for accurate visibility.
• Deploy infrastructure changes via CDK to implement and enforce cost optimization strategies.
• Develop monitoring solutions to identify and resolve unexpected spending increases.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with AWS services and solutions.
• Proven experience in Cloud Cost Management and FinOps at scale.
• Deep understanding of AWS tagging benefits, limitations, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Cost and Usage Reports (CUR).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically AWS CDK.
• DevOps experience with scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience managing and updating CUDOS, CID, and TAO dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with third-party cloud optimization vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with third-party cloud optimization tools and implementation recommendations.
