Description

Lead the migration of contact center call recording and analytics from Amazon Connect and Calabrio to a modern, cloud-native AWS architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AWS architectures to migrate call recordings, transcripts, and metadata to Amazon Connect Contact Lens.
• Build serverless backend services using AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon SQS to extract and load data into S3 and DynamoDB.
• Develop front-end dashboards and administrative tools using React, Angular, or Vue.js for migration monitoring and operational reporting.
• Define migration strategies for historical data, ensuring chain of custody, auditability, and integrity through automated validation scripts.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years developing applications on AWS.
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, including Contact Lens and call recording analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
• Expertise in serverless architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven design.
• Experience integrating with Calabrio or similar workforce management and recording solutions.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications (Developer – Associate or Solutions Architect – Professional).
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments with HIPAA/PCI compliance.
