Description

You will lead the migration of contact center call recording and analytics from Amazon Connect and Calabrio to a modern, cloud-native architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AWS architectures to migrate call recordings, metadata, and analytics from Calabrio to Amazon Connect Contact Lens.
• Build serverless backend applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS to extract and load data into S3 and DynamoDB.
• Develop front-end dashboards and administrative tools using React, Angular, or Vue.js for migration monitoring and reporting.
• Create reusable Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK for environment provisioning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CodePipeline and ensure security compliance with HIPAA/PCI standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing applications on AWS.
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, including Contact Lens and call recording analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java for backend development.
• Front-end development experience with React or Angular.
• Expertise in REST APIs, serverless architecture, and event-driven design.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK) and CI/CD automation.
• Proven experience in data migration, reconciliation, and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
