Description

Lead the design and development of cloud-native web applications and critical order entry platforms. You will drive high-volume, low-latency solutions and translate business requirements into technical implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional teams in building mission-critical systems and planning sprint deliverables.
• Coordinate solution designs with Architecture, Data, and Infrastructure leaders to optimize speed to market.
• Perform technical risk assessments and document formal recommendations.
• Coach the team in developing technical documentation following SDLC guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Expertise in C# and .NET 6 or higher.
• Proficiency with Angular and jQuery for frontend development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript (JS).
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2012 or higher.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and ability to design high-availability applications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical assessments and mentoring junior engineers.
• Background in optimizing high-performance, low-latency systems.
