Description

You will design and architect scalable, secure ETL solutions and data pipelines using AWS Glue and related services.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions using AWS Glue and AWS services.
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and workflows.
• Write hands-on code using SQL, Scala, and Python for data ingestion and transformations.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Troubleshoot performance and data quality issues within ETL pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AWS solution architecture and design at US companies.
• Deep expertise in AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and AWS S3.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala for ETL development.
• Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
• Strong understanding of data lakes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
