Description

Architect and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, unified data access mechanisms, and release pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect unified data access for data engineers and analysts using simplified control mechanisms for AWS and non-AWS assets.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure reproducible and scalable deployments.
• Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to enable code deployment across multiple environments.
• Implement data governance policies and optimize repositories from security and governance perspectives.
• Optimize the cloud data platform to increase deployment speed, agility, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and DevOps roles.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Python scripting for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and deployment.
• Deep understanding of Policies as Code architecture and data governance implementation.
• Experience designing unified data access using AWS Lake Formation, AWS Data Zone, IAM, and Okta.
• Practical experience with AWS services including EC2, EBS, S3, EKS, Athena, Redshift, RDS, Glue, and Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and reliability engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, and Kafka.
