Description

Manage and scale cloud compute and data storage infrastructure across multiple AWS environments. Own the release pipeline, security controls, and disaster recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy VPCs, security groups, and user access using Terraform.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows for cloud computing systems and access key rotation.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using self-hosted Jenkins and Argo CD for EKS, DB, and EC2 deployments.
• Implement security controls including AWS WAF, HA proxy, and SIEM integration for centralized monitoring.
• Configure networking components such as routing, subnets, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and Direct Connect.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with deep AWS implementation expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS, EKS, and ECR.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Proficiency in DevOps scripting with Python and YAML.
• Experience with Jenkins (self-hosted) and Argo CD for continuous deployment on EKS.
• Knowledge of AWS networking including VPC, NACL, IGW, NAT, VPC Peering, and CloudFront.
• Hands-on implementation of AWS WAF and HA proxy via Terraform.
• Experience with AWS security services: CloudTrail, Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Lambda.
• Knowledge of AWS FIPS endpoints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and CodeCommit.
