Description

You will design and manage infrastructure solutions on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure using AWS compute, storage, networking, and database services.
• Advise clients on architectural decisions and infrastructure management best practices.
• Manage the transition of workloads between different hypervisors and environments.
• Maintain and optimize core networking and operating system components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure offerings.
• Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, routing, and subnetting.
• Proficiency with Linux, specifically RHEL.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Solid understanding of virtualization, specifically VMware and AWS.
• Knowledge of technical impacts and requirements when moving VMs between hypervisors.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
