Description

You design and deploy scalable AWS infrastructure, specifically for Amazon Connect environments, using Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect across Dev, Staging, and Production.
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules for scalable, reusable, and maintainable infrastructure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
• Utilize AWS services including Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Data Bridges to support infrastructure needs.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot deployment issues to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, and EventBridge.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of multi-environment deployment strategies.
• Ability to write maintainable and reusable Terraform code.
• Experience with cloud security practices and monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform Enterprise for state management and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and documentation best practices.
