Description

Build and maintain application-level integrations within the AWS ecosystem to enable communication between diverse systems.

Responsibilities

• Build APIs and microservices from scratch to facilitate application connectivity.
• Develop Lambda functions and programming filter logic to move data between systems.
• Design and implement integrations using a microservices-based approach.
• Consult with clients to gather requirements and secure architectural buy-in.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions while maintaining a hands-on development workflow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience programming with AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience building and managing APIs.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services.
• Ability to work in a client-facing consultative capacity.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Airflow, AWS Glue, and AWS API Gateway.
