Description

You will design and implement end-to-end AWS IoT solutions, secure device communication architectures, and data processing workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement AWS IoT services including Greengrass, IoT Core, and Device Defender.
• Manage device connectivity, lifecycle, and FreeRTOS integration using Device Management.
• Apply security best practices across application, device, and cloud layers, including VPN and firewall configurations.
• Develop Python-based data processing workflows to handle large datasets.
• Integrate IoT sensors and communication protocols into the AWS ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development or IoT engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS IoT Core, AWS Greengrass, and AWS IoT Device Defender.
• Proficiency in Python programming and working with large datasets.
• Direct experience with FreeRTOS and device management modules.
• Deep understanding of IoT sensors and communication protocols such as MQTT and SNMP.
• Knowledge of IoT analytics modules including IoT Events, IoT SiteWise, and IoT Analytics.
• Experience with AWS data services including Kinesis, Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Kafka, and DynamoDB.
• Practical knowledge of implementing device, cloud, and network security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka and DynamoDB for large-scale data processing.
