Description

You will lead engineering teams and drive technical execution for AWS-based Java microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers through technical mentorship and collaboration.
• Define engineering vision, goals, and requirements with client stakeholders.
• Write design documents and apply UML for system architecture.
• Assess emerging technologies and industry trends for organizational impact.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.
• Building and managing Microservices.
• AWS Cloud: MSK, Kinesis, Lambda, Glue (Apache Spark), and EMR.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes or ECS.
• Kafka and messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
• REST-based web services and strong SQL/RDBMS (MySQL).
• Testing with JUnit, Spock, or Groovy.
• GIT, Maven, Design Patterns, and Principles.

Preferred Skills

• Test automation and Agile environments.
• Code quality tools (Sonar, Checkstyle, Findbugs).
• DevOps toolsets and client-facing experience.
