Description

You will serve as a technical lead and individual contributor for high-volume, low-latency Java applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications through the full software development lifecycle.
• Develop reusable software components using design patterns and DRY principles.
• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, including debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Lead technical teams, propose architectural improvements, and share knowledge through training.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Java (Version 17).
• Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Multi-threading.
• Deep understanding of Spring Framework (IOC, DI, Spring Boot, and Spring Security).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: SNS, SQS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Parameter Store.
• Proficiency with REST-based middleware, API gateways (Apigee or similar), and Web/HTTP fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and centralized logging (Splunk or similar).
• Practical knowledge of caching, logging, and performance tuning.
• Working experience in Agile environments and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Go Lang.
• Exposure to relational or NoSQL databases.
